Separation between companies
BizzSetu is multi-tenant: one service, a separate workspace per company. A user signs in to a named workspace and cannot reach another company's records.
Access inside your company
- Custom roles with per-module permissions.
- Team scope, so managers see their own team.
- Two-factor login with recovery codes.
- A list of signed-in sessions, with sign-out for the ones you do not recognise.
- Login history, device logs and an audit log for admins.
On the phone
The mobile app asks for each permission separately, and an admin can see which are on. The app does not record calls. Location is sent only when the Location Tracking module is on and the employee has allowed it.
Export and deletion
Lists such as leads, employees, invoices and payroll runs can be exported from their screens. For a full export, account closure or deletion, email [email protected] from the registered admin address. See the Privacy Policy for retention.

- Does BizzSetu sell my data?
- No. The Privacy Policy states that customer data is not sold.
- Who can see call logs and WhatsApp chats?
- People whose role and team scope let them see that lead.
- Is two-factor login compulsory?
- It is optional per user. We suggest turning it on for admins.
