What changed in BizzSetu
A month-by-month summary of what shipped, written from the product's own release history. It lists what was added, changed and removed. It is not a roadmap and makes no promises about future work.

Modules sold separately, call recording removed, and a long list of fixes found by end-to-end tests.
- Every module can now be bought on its own or in the Full CRM bundle, and a workspace hides what it has not bought.
- Call recording was retired: the mobile app no longer records calls, and the Recordings screen was removed from the web.
- Forgot Workspace ID on the login page emails you the workspaces your address administers.
- WhatsApp: sent messages move to delivered and read, customer replies are stored on the lead, and only people who can see a lead can read or send its messages. Automatic WhatsApp messages stay off until a workspace switches them on.
- Accounting: an advance paid to a vendor can be applied to a later bill, documents dated on or before the books lock date are refused, and Tally exports carry stable ids so a re-import does not duplicate.
- Inventory: stock is valued at weighted-average cost, stock added by hand is counted, and a direct sale carries a value.
- Billing: the checkout shows exactly what will be charged.
- Mobile app: notifications can be cleared, and new direct messages appear without a refresh.
- HR: a second holiday on the same date is refused with a clear message, and a downloaded employee document keeps its file extension.
Accounting, GST return data, statutory payroll, inventory and three languages.
- Double-entry accounting: chart of accounts, journal, trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss, general ledger, day book and cash flow.
- GST: GSTR-1 JSON, a GSTR-3B summary and an ITC ledger built from your books.
- Books lock date, year-end close and audited reopen; a fixed asset register with depreciation and disposal; several bank accounts.
- Invoices save as drafts and are numbered only on issue; part payments with a payment ledger and receivables ageing.
- Indian statutory payroll: PF, ESI, professional tax, a TDS estimate and loss of pay. A paid month cannot be silently re-run and can be un-paid.
- HR: attendance correction requests, withdrawing or cancelling leave, HR filing leave for someone else, a company tree, employee CSV import and archive.
- Inventory: GST purchase orders, stock deduction from quotations, parts used on tickets, inventory reports, the Warranty module and the Field Tool Kit.
- Sales: site survey and BOQ, several interested products on a lead, quotation approval, customer acceptance of a quotation, and the reason a quotation was declined.
- English, Hindi and Hinglish across the web app.
- Recurring expenses: enter the rent once and it posts every month.
- Subscriptions can renew by monthly or yearly auto-pay.
BizzSetu became a multi-company service with signup, workspaces and this website.
- Multi-company platform: self-service signup with an email code, a workspace per company and workspace login.
- The product was renamed BizzSetu.
- Public website and content system.
- Lead import can update duplicates, and leads track product interest.
- The mobile app syncs historical call logs; lead pages show call contact numbers.
- Bulk Email add-on with a licence key.
- Employee detail dashboard; support tickets place the site on a map.
