How it works, step by step

Each person can turn on two-factor login and sign out other sessions. Admins decide what each role can do, and sensitive actions are written to the audit log. Every company works in its own workspace.

  1. Open Security in your profile.
  2. Turn on two-factor login and save the recovery codes.
  3. Review signed-in sessions and sign out the ones you do not recognise.
  4. As admin, review roles and read the audit log.

Is two-factor login available?
Yes. Each user can turn it on, with recovery codes in case the phone is lost.
Can one company see another company's data?
No. Each company works in its own workspace, and users sign in to a named workspace.
Where is the audit log?
Admins can open login history, device logs and the audit log from the Security pages.
