1. Company details
Enter the legal name, address, state and GSTIN in your company profile. A GSTIN typed with spaces or in lower case is tidied for you. These details print on every invoice.
2. Products and rates
Add each product or service with its GST rate. An invoice can mix rates, for example 5, 12 and 18 percent lines on the same invoice.
3. Create, then issue
- Create the invoice from a customer or from an accepted quotation.
- Save it as a draft and check it.
- Issue it. The number is assigned now, so drafts never leave gaps in your series.
- Download or print the GST tax invoice PDF.
4. Payments
Record each payment against the invoice. Part payments are fine; the balance is shown. Receivables ageing lists what is owed by age.
5. Corrections
An issued invoice is not edited. Cancel it and BizzSetu raises a GST credit note against it.
What BizzSetu does not do
- It does not generate an e-invoice IRN or QR code.
- It does not generate e-way bills.
- It does not file returns. It prepares GSTR-1 JSON and a GSTR-3B summary for you or your CA to file.
Questions
- Does BizzSetu split CGST, SGST and IGST?
- Yes. Invoices and credit notes carry the CGST, SGST and IGST amounts for each GST rate. The glossary explains when each one applies.
- Can invoices be created automatically for contracts?
- Contracts and AMCs draft their invoices on the billing cycle. You review and issue them.
- Can I export for Tally?
- Yes. The ledger exports as Tally Prime XML or a Zoho Books CSV. It is a file export, not a live sync.
